No complaints so far. About 1 week in and already have noticed a huge improvement.

Hubby and I felt the tension after the 1st use which to me means my posture is terrible lol. Will continue to use even at work to strengthen my back and correct my posture.

Surprisingly well-made item. I could already feel some tension where my posture was being forced to adjust after only a few minutes of use. Please ensure that you follow the instructions provided to ensure that your form is correct.
The adjustable arms in all four directions make it much easier to use among family members of varying heights, and the foam padding on each end adds comfort.

I received this a few weeks ago and I must say that it does an excellent job of correcting my posture. I was skeptical at first because I had tried so many other methods, but this one actually works. There is a spot on one end to attach the included strap so that it can be hung up for storage, which is very convenient. The ends are padded and easy to use. The bars are adjustable and secure. It is simple and straightforward to use. I'm going to get a few more for my family members who work in construction.

It feels great on the arms and back. I am a woman who is 5 ft 5 and it fits great. I recommend the stretchybar and will be trying the pillow next to see if I can use it after the bar. It's very simple to understand and Jonathan helped me with all of my questions so I thank him for that.
