Refunds & Returns
We believe in our products so much that we allow our customers a 30 day trial period and if they don't see results, we'll refund 100% of their money back. After the 30 day trial period has ended, you will then have 7 days to request a refund. To qualify, you must submit your reasoning for a refund, proof of purchase, first and last name, address, and order number.
Note: We do not provide refunds on products that are broken or damaged on the customers end. If you received an item that was damaged, please file a claim with your shipment carrier as we have no control over the item(s) once it leaves our facility. The product must also be in it's original packaging with all pieces included. If your claim is accepted with proof, you are then eligible for a replacement of the same product you originally ordered free of charge. To request a replacement, fill out our Request Replacement Form.
To begin your request, you must submit a ticket via our Request Refund form. Any requests not submitted through this system will be invalid. Once your ticket is submitted, please allow 3-5 business days for our team to internally reviewing your ticket. Once our review process is complete, you will receive an email as to whether you are approved or not.
If approved, please allow 10 business days after approving your request for the refund to go through via the same payment method you originally purchased with. We will then guide you through the return process.
Fill out a Request Refund form for any requests. Please also not that StretchyGuys is not responsible for any shipping costs.
Replacements
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept refunds or do replacements for accidental damage on the customer's end . If your product was received damaged or ineffective, you must file a claim with the shipment carrier. If your claim is accepted with proof, you are then eligible for a replacement of the same product you originally ordered. If your order was received incorrect on our end (color/product), we will send you a new one completely free of charge.
Damages Or Issues
StretchyGuys™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to include evidence of such damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your claim is accepted, and you provide proof of such acceptance, then you are eligible for a replacement free of charge.
